In Tallinn, Minister Sikorski addressed the Estonian ambassadors on modernisation of the foreign service. Together with Foreign Minister Urmas Paet, he opened a seminar for representatives of Belarus’s civil society. The Ministers also addressed the situation in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

In Berlin, meanwhile, Sikorski, together with Foreign Ministers of Germany, Guido Westerwelle, and of Belgium, Didier Reynders, participated in a panel on the future of the European Union and spoke about Poland’s vision of the evolution of the idea of integration. Danuta Isler reports.
