The European Commission is awaiting the Polish court's ruling in cases regarding the country's gambling legislation. The recently adopted Gambling Act may stand in violation of exisitng EU laws, claim many entrepreneurs in the gambling sector.
It's up to Brussels to demand a change to the act itself or launch disciplinary proceedings against Poland. A report by Slawek Szefs.
