The suspects are accused of being part of an "organised criminal group" which caused some PLN 30 million worth of losses to the Kraków court of appeal, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.

The suspects allegedly struck contracts for services that were not carried out in practice, the agency added.

The 10 court administrators were detained in November. They were released on bail, placed under police supervision and banned from leaving the country, according to IAR.
