The new security rules are to apply to all international passenger flights by carriers to and from Poland, including charter flights.
The heads of Poland’s police and border guards, the National Prosecutor and intelligence agency chiefs will be among those who can apply to see the passenger data.
A bill introducing the new rules was adopted by the Polish government on Thursday morning, the interior ministry said.
