Meanwhile, the largest opposition party, the Civic Platform (PO), is way behind, on 14 percent, the survey found.
The anti-establishment Kukiz’15 group and the Nowoczesna (Modern) party are joint third, each with 7 percent, according to the survey.
The Democratic Left Alliance (SLD), which is outside parliament, is backed by 5 percent.
The poll found no other parties would clear the 5 percent support threshold needed to enter parliament.
The survey was conducted on January 12-17 on a representative sample of 1,006 Polish adults. It does not include responses from undecided voters.
