No one injured after shots fired at Reuters office in Poland: reports

No one was injured after shots were fired in a Thomson Reuters office building in Gdynia, northern Poland, on Tuesday evening.

Police have detained a 30-year-old Belarusian citizen who is an employee of the agency, according to reports.
The shooter was reportedly disarmed by another employee.
Police officers have questioned company employees at the scene of the incident, according to Michał Sienkiewicz, a spokesman for local police.
Shortly before 7pm on Tuesday evening, an armed man reportedly entered the second floor of the building. He was carrying a rifle and a handgun, according to witnesses.
He fired two shots. Terrified employees lay down on the floor and called the 112 emergency number, witnesses said.
No one was hurt after one of the employees overpowered the assailant, Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
