While the 17th Meeting of Presidents of Central European States is underway in Warsaw, the better halves of the heads of state attending the summit have been whisked away to Chopin’s birthplace in Zelazowa Wola.
Polish First Lady Anna Komorowska is among the group, comprised of wives of presidents of Latvia, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Estonia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Austria.
Apart from visiting the Chopin museum and given the opportunity to stroll around the museum’s grounds, the group of First Ladies will also be serenaded by a piano recital played by budding performer Piotr Pawlak.
The excursion is also to take in the Radziwill Palace in nearby Nieborow. (jb)
