Over 16 kg of boosters, 400 grams of marijuana and almost 240 ecstasy tablets were found in the 29 year old’s Lublin flat.
The man had apparently been trading the drugs online since May and had made at least 700 shipments.
He will be brought before the Lublin prosecutor's office on Saturday to hear the charges against him.
The suspect was arrested on Friday afternoon in a rented apartment in the district of Choiny.
In the apartment stickers and bags for packaging the boosters for sale and electronic scales were also found.
The secured substances are now at a crime lab in Lublin, where they will be scrutinised, the police said.
About 300 have been hospitalised in the southern Polish city of Katowice after likely using booster drugs.
The sale of booster drugs is a grey area in Polish law.
Packets of powders or ground leaves are sold as “collector’s items” with a notice on the package saying “not to be ingested”. In this way, they can be sold as part of a loophole in the law. (jh)
