Rybakowicz, who heads the Your Movement party in the Podlaskie region of north east Poland, was originally apprehended by police in October 2013.
The MP had attended a night club in Bydgoszcz, north central Poland, and he was spotted by police officers urinating on a street in the city's historic centre.
The court fined Rybakowicz 400 zloty (95 euro) for his behaviour, following on from a 5000 zloty fine (1193 euro) meted out by the MP's own party.
Rybakowicz was advised to drop his parliamentary immunity by Your Movement, so that the case could proceed.
The MP made a public apology for his behaviour, and claimed that at the time of the incident, he had just heard about the death of a close relative. (nh)
