Poland's volleyball team returned home to heroes' welcome after ending the World Cup in Japan in second place and winning a slot in next summer's Olympic Games in London.

Among those who hope to qualify for next year's Olympic Games as well is mountain biker Maja Włoszczowska, the 2010 world champion and Olympic medalist from Beijing - we'll have an exclusive interview with the athlete
