A temporary architectural structure, called UFO, short for Unexpected Fountain Occupation, is being constructed on top of a slightly disused fountain in the center of a Warsaw roundabout. The UFO will serve as a cafe, hostel, cultural center, and, most importantly, as a point of discussion as to what public space is and how best to use it.
