The document is addressed to European Union member states and institutions and will also be forwarded to the media.
Poland counts on a thorough analysis of the document, Morawiecki said, underlining that the reforms aim to improve the judiciary, and expressing hope that the document will enable other member states to form their opinions on the situation.
“I truly believe that the judicial system is going to be much more independent than it used to be and I hope that slowly but surely we will be able to convince the European Commission that this is the case,” Morawiecki said in Brussels.
