Morawiecki ensured American investors that Special Economic Zones and foreign investment will continue in Poland.

At a meeting organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, alleviated many foreign investors’ fears by stating that the Special Economic Zones (SEZ), which exempt taxes for foreign investors and other benefits will not be removed.

“We strongly encourage investors to come to our Special Economic Zones, where unemployment is somehow higher,” said Morawiecki.

“We strongly support business process outsourcing and short services industries,”

Tony Housh, the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland told Kamila Kudelska that he is not worried about the prospects of foreign investment in Poland.
