Member states of the EU have not united together on how to deal with this emergency. Another location where a country has dealt with an overflow of immigrants is the Mexican USA border.
Professor James Cooper, the Associate Professor of Law and Director of the International Legal Studies at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, USA believes that we can compare these two immigration dilemmas. Ultimately, the EU would learn lessons from America.
