The Polish foreign ministry is appealing to all holidaymakers and travellers to exercise reason and prudence.

The presentday situation in the world demands caution when travelling abroad and the ministry has come up with an initiative which could facilitate immediate help for those who find themselves in dire straits far from home.
The Odysseus service was conceived especially for those who travel to remote corners of the world.
“In any extreme situations, disasters, conflicts, terrorist attacks it may have colossal bearing in providing help”, says Foreign Ministry spokesman Marcin Wojciechowski.
