As Sławek Szefs reports, among the alleged number of some 100 thousand individual and 20 thousand corporate clients there are 512 Poles, or persons carrying a Polish passport.

In connection with this Poland’s Finance Ministry has appealed for revealing all income sources by Polish taxpayers.

“Governments the world over are having problems with public debt as well as with revenue and that is why they have become more intent on tracking down tax evaders,” Ignacy Morawski, chief economist at BIZ Bank, told Polish Radio.
