As Slawek Szefs reports, this is the Poles’ third such African mission after Congo and Chad.

The Polish MPs together with a group of medical and support personnel shall serve within the framework of EUGENDEFOR (the European Gendarmerie Force), part of a one thousand man EUFOR contingent to be dislocated in the C.A.R.

Archbishop Dieudonne Nzapalainga, who is on a visit to Warsaw, has thanked Polish state and military authorities for the assistance to his country and its people.
