Socash & The Stars :: Chłopcy Kontra Basia

Barbara Derlak aka Basia (vocals, clarinet), Marcin Nenko (contrabass) and Tomasz Waldowski (percussion, piano) traded lush layers of sound for grand conception when they formed their trio, Chłopcy Kontra Basia. The group has appeared at notable music festivals, played on nationally broadcasted TV shows, and won the hearts of many fans in the process. Basia was kind enough to host Ryan in her flat on a cold and snowy Sunday, despite the fact that she was recovering from a week long illness.
