The heritage of the "Old Doctor" - pioneer in childrens' rights, childrens' writer, director of an orphanage in Warsaw, who went with the children in his charge to the gas chamber of Treblinka in 1942 - at a conference which closed the year dedicated to the man in Poland. Also the extraordinary production of the musical "Korczak" by Chris Williams staged by the Podlasie Opera. Elżbieta Krajewska talks to Director of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok Roberto Skolmowski, the Opera's Magdalena Kleban and celebrity singing actor Damian Aleksander, who is Janusz Korczak in the production.
