The Polish team, comprising Kajetan Duszyński, Patrycja Wyciszkiewicz, Justyna Święty-Ersetic and Karol Zalewski, has advanced to the World Cup in Doha this autumn.

The previous Polish record, 3.22,26, was set during World Relays in Nassau in the Bahamas in 2017.

The Polish women’s 4x400m relay team has also made it to the World Championships. The squad came second on Saturday, with a time of 3.28,05, the best result this year in Europe. Their American rivals finished first with 3.25,72.
