Glik was injured during a morning training session and is to undergo medical checks.
"Because we had to send [a list of players] to FIFA before the unfortunate incident during training, Kamil Glik is on the list. Now we are waiting for the results of medical tests," Jakub Kwiatkowski, a spokesman for the Polish Football Association (PZPN), told reporters.
Poland manager Adam Nawałka was on Monday to name the final 23-man lineup for this month’s World Cup in Russia.
The World Cup kicks off on June 14 and runs until July 15. Poland take on Senegal, Colombia and Japan in the group stage of the tournament.
