Pazdan, who plays for Legia Warsaw, injured his foot in a league match last week.
On Saturday, coach Adam Nawałka announced star striker Robert Lewandowski, centre-back Kamil Glik, winger Kamil Grosicki, and centre-back Grzegorz Krychowiak would be benched due to injuries.
Meanwhile goalie Artur Boruc left the team permanently during a friendly against Uruguay on Friday, after playing 65 games for the team.
Poland plays Mexico at 8:45 pm CET in Gdańsk, northern Poland. (vb)
