Poland wins silver in European Rowing Championships

Poland has won the silver medal in the women's coxless four event at the European Rowing Championships in Racice, the Czech Republic.

With a time of 6:55.320, the Polish team, made up of Anna Wierzbowska, Maria Wierzbowska, Monika Ciaciuch, and Joanna Dittmann, came in behind Romania (6:51.640) and ahead of the Netherlands (6:59.230).

The 2017 European Rowing Championships started on Friday end on Sunday. (vb)
