Legia Warszawa won the Polish Cup on Monday for the second year in a row, defeating Lech Poznań 1-0 at the PGE National Stadium in Warsaw.

Aleksandar Prijović was the hero of the day, finding the back of the net in the 69th minute. However, he nearly botched it by getting a yellow card 38 minutes into the match.
Monday's victory marks the 18th time that Legia have won the Polish Cup.

The elimination tournament has been held every year since 1950, and it is second only in importance to the Ekstraklasa title. (nh/pk)
