Alongside Germany, Poland has been pitted against Ukraine and Northern Ireland in Group C, following a draw in Paris on Saturday.
Poland's triumph over Ireland in October secured Adam Nawałka's team a place in the 24-team competition in France.
Two sides from each of the six groups alongside the top four third-placed teams are to advance from the group stage. The fixtures are to kick off next June, with the final to be held in Paris on 10 July. (aba/rk)
