Polish FM off to France, Spain

Poland’s Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz was on Thursday set to hold talks in France before heading to Spain on Friday.

Czaputowicz’s meetings with his counterparts in Paris and Madrid were expected to focus on issues including the future of the European Union as well as security.
While in Paris on Thursday, Czaputowicz was set to meet the French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Yves Le Drian, to discuss a slew of issues affecting the European Union as well as opportunities for intensifying Polish-French cooperation, according to Poland’s PAP news agency.
Meanwhile, Czaputowicz's trip to Madrid on Friday was expected to see him sitting down with Spain’s top diplomat, Alfonso Dastis, for talks on a range of bilateral, European and international issues, according to PAP.
