Piotr Naimski, the Polish government's pointman on strategic energy infrastructure, said that talks with Russia on compensation continue.

Last week, supplies of clean oil to Poland via Russia's Druzhba pipeline were partially resumed.

Poland halted oil imports via the link in April over quality concerns.

The Soviet-built Druzhba pipeline is the world’s longest oil link, running from Russia to Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, the Czech Republic and Germany. It can ship up to 1 million barrels a day.
