Unemployment in Poland dropped to 3.7 percent in June, well below the EU average of 6.9 percent, the bloc’s statistics agency has said.

Only the Czech Republic, Germany and Hungary had fewer jobless than Poland.
In June 2017, unemployment in Poland was 4.8 percent, while in the EU as a whole it was 7.7 percent, according to Eurostat.
The EU result for June was the best since December 2008.
