Zagórski was nominated for the post by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
The digitisation ministry had been without a chief since January 9, when Anna Streżyńska lost the post during a sweeping Cabinet reshuffle.
The rejig came just over two years after Poland’s conservative Law and Justice (PiS) party swept to power in a landslide election win.
