Poland ranked as tech leader in CEE

A new study has placed Poland at the top of the podium in terms of the fastest growing technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

Twelve Polish companies made Deloitte's 'Technology Fast 50' ranking, and seven were placed in the 'Rising Star' category.
The ranking is based on companies' financial growth over the past four years.
Warsaw-based firm SkyCash came second in the main ranking. The company specialises in mobile phone transactions.
Fifth on the list was Netguru, which is also involved in mobile phone technology, providing software.
Meanwhile, in tenth place was Traffic Trends, a firm which ranks online stores.
Romania came second after Poland, follwed by Croatia. (nh/di)
