In the second quarter of the year, housing prices in the primary market rose slightly, the National Bank of Poland (NBP) said on Monday.

The prices of property on the secondary market remained unchanged. The Polish central bank published a list of prices of residential and commercial property on Monday.
According to the National Bank of Poland, as in previous quarters, in the area of commercial real estate – especially office space – there remains an imbalance between the demand for space and increasing supply, resulting from the completion of new investment projects.
"This resulted in high vacancy rate in the office sector,” the NBP said.
The residential real estate sector remained steady in the second quarter of 2015 despite a renewed increase in the number of homes available on the market, the bank wrote. (rg/rk)
