The exhibition is the first of a series in which the museum will show off a selection of the most interesting items it stores.
The Director of the National Museum, Jerzy Mizołek, said that Picasso visited Poland in 1948. The artist stopped by at the museum, to which he donated a collection of his ceramics.
Visitors can take in the Picasso exhibition until February 24.
The National Museum in Warsaw has Poland’s largest collection of the artist’s works.
