Agnieszka Holland retrospective in Italy

A retrospective of work by prominent Polish director Agnieszka Holland is underway in Lecco, southern Italy.

Its programme includes ten films, from the 1978 “Provincial Actors” to her latest feature “Spoor”, which won an award earlier this year at the Berlin film festival.
Italian audiences also have a chance to see such highly-acclaimed movies as “A Secret Garden”, “Washington Square”, “Total Eclipse”, “Europa, Europa” and “In Darkness”.
The retrospective is part of the Festival of European Cinema in Lecco.
