Military instructors will teach women how to fend off an unexpected attack.
“The self-defence course for women organised by the Ministry of Defence is targeted at all women who want to learn how to react in a dangerous situation,” ministry spokeswoman Major Anna Pęzioł-Wójtowicz said.
The aim of the program is to increase awareness of the Polish military’s close combat training while teaching self-defence tactics to women. (vb/pk)
