The majority of the works on show at MOCAK were created especially for the current exhibition.
Sculptures, Paintings, Films explores the theme of individuals and the nature that surrounds them.
The London-based artist made his mark in the 1980s, when he was part of the New British Sculpture movement.

He is also widely known for his album covers, including the 2000 compilation Blur: The Best Of.
The current exhibition in Krakow is part of a series of shows devoted to artists whose works can be found in MOCAK's collection.
Besides MOCAK, Opie's works have been snapped up by London museums such as the Tate Modern, The National Portrait Gallery, the Victoria and Albert Museum, as well as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Kunsthaus Zurich.
MOCAK opened in February 2010 in the former enamel factory of Oskar Schindler, the German entrepreneur who saved over a thousand Jews from the Holocaust.
Sculptures, Paintings, Films runs at the museum until 25 January 2014. (nh)
