The Polish president’s chief of staff, Krzysztof Szczerski, said Duda and Lithuania’s Dalia Grybauskaite would issue a joint declaration pledging to cooperate on security issues.
During her two-day trip to Poland, Grybauskaite was on Thursday also to meet the Speakers of the lower and upper houses of the Polish parliament.
On Friday, Grybauskaite, whose term in office ends this year, was to hold talks with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
