Poles decidedly in favour of reinstating EU borders

As many as 80 percent of Poles aged between 18-24 are in favour of reinstating European borders, a new poll finds.

Meanwhile, the survey by pollster Ibris for the Rzeczpospolita daily found that 25 to 34 and 35 to 44 years old were respectively 35 and 54 percent in favour of the reinstatement of European borders.
But the recent terrorist attacks seem to be giving more reason for 70 per cent of Poles to opine that Poland should not receive refugees.
Yet the one thing that stays consistent is that Poles are decidedly pro-EU as 88 percent of the respondents said that the country should stay in the EU. (kk/rg)
